I had a lovely stay at Old City Family Hotel for 7 days. The location was fantastic, really close to many attractions, and the staff, especially Kerem, were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast options got a bit repetitive after a while, and the bathroom was quite small. Overall, I enjoyed my time there.

I spent 7 days at this cozy little hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which really made my stay pleasant. However, the breakfast options became a bit repetitive as the days passed, and the bathroom was quite small. Still, I had no major complaints and enjoyed my time here.

I had a mixed experience at Old City Family Hotel. The location is really convenient, sitting between the old city and Istiklal Street, which was awesome for exploring. However, the room was quite small and the breakfast options didn't really change. Plus, I encountered a bit of a sketchy vibe returning to the hotel at night due to the alleyway and construction nearby.

My room was pretty small but clean. It worked just fine for a place to sleep, though it lacked charm and was kind of cramped.
Service

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the night shift guy who spoke perfect English. They tried their best to assist, but there were a few clueless moments.
Location

The hotel is in a great spot close to landmarks and food options. However, getting back at night felt a bit uncomfortable due to a dark side street and ongoing construction nearby.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was okay but not very varied. It was the same every day, and the dining setup felt a bit disorganized.
Facilities

The hotel lacked a proper lobby or breakfast area, which made it feel less inviting. The shower in my room was also a bit of a disappointment.

I stayed at Old City Family Hotel recently, and while the location was perfect—right between the old city and Istiklal street—there were a few drawbacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience much better. However, the breakfast was quite repetitive, and my room was on the smaller side. Overall, it was a decent stay, especially for the price.
